The company was set up by its director Ciarán O’Mahony in Co Laois in 2020. Ciarán has over 15 years’ experience in the Emergency services with a background in Health and Safety. This gives us a wide range of knowledge and skills for Health and Safety consultancy and training.
O’Mahony Safety Solutions brings a high standard of Health and Safety training and consultancy and or aim is to assist companies throughout the Midlands and the rest of Ireland, to achieve the highest
standards in Health and Safety. Through innovation and advanced training standards, O’Mahony Safety Solutions is quickly becoming a leader in Health and Safety training and consultancy.

First Aid Responder
This is a 3-day course for new participants and a 2-day course for people refreshing their skills.
Community First Responder
The Community first responder course is approximately 4 hours long and gives the learner foundation level training as a first responder.
Fire Safety Awareness
The fire safety/ awareness course is approximately 4-5 hours long. it is aimed at employees in a non-emergency service capacity.
Manual Handling
Our manual handling course is a detailed four-hour course that emphasizes the effective movement of an object.
Visual Display Unit Assessment
O’Mahony Safety Solutions offers a Visual Display Unit Assessment for individual workstations.
Basic Health and Safety Course
It is a two day course that gives the learner a basic understanding of Health and Safety legislation, the role of the safety representative, tool box talks and much more.
Cardiac First Response
This course gives the learner the ability to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
